GUIDANCE UPDATES -  January 29

WOULD YOU LIKE TO INQUIRE ABOUT CHANGING A COURSE FOR SEMESTER 2? The guidance department will not be seeing students in the guidance office this week for appointments as we have a process in place to address timetable change requests.     On Monday, February 5 by 9:00am, parents/guardians will receive  GOOGLE FORM to their email.  That form must be filled out by a parent/guardian if students would like to request a change to their timetable.    On Tuesday, February 6 at 3:00pm, the form will close.   Thank you for your patience.  We will start to work on changes to the timetable next week.

GRADE 12 STUDENTS  As per the Ministry of Education, Grade 12 students are asked to complete the survey below.  This survey provides questions to assess how the Creating Pathways to Success policy and program is helping students to develop the knowledge and skills they need for effective education and career/life planning. All students can access the survey through their My Pathway Planner accounts by doing the following: 1.         Go to www.yrdsb.ca 2.         Click on the “Online Student Tools” button 3.         Click on the “My Pathway Planner” button 4.         Log into their account using their YRDSB credentials 5.         Click on the “Complete Survey” button in the blue banner on the homepage 6.         Complete the survey questions in the Google Form that opens   DEADLINE FEBRUARY 1   Please contact Westmount Guidance if you have any questions.
