GRADE 12 STUDENTS, FAMILIES, AND GUESTS GRADUATION CEREMONY – EXTRA TICKET INFORMATION

GRADUATION TICKETS – INFORMATION

·        Reminder:  All student who paid the graduation fee in School Cash Online will receive 2 guest tickets.  Students who pay the fee do not need a ticket to attend the graduation ceremony; the 2 tickets are solely for guest access. 

·        All guest tickets are numbered and assigned to the student who paid the fee. 

·        Guest tickets are non-transferable

  

Policy for Extra Ticket Sales:

·        One extra ticket per student who previously paid their $85 graduation fee will be available.

·        One extra ticket will cost $25; this fee helps to defray the cost of the graduation ceremony.   

·        There are a limited number of extra tickets. 

·        Sales will be based on first come, first served through School Cash Online.

·        If you are having difficulty purchasing additional tickets online, please contact linda.maclean@yrdsb.ca

 

Process to Purchase Extra Tickets:

Round 1:

Monday, June 2 at 8:30am:  Sales open for the purchase of one extra ticket per student through School Cash Online.

Wednesday, June 4 at 3:20pm:  Sales will close.

 

Round 2:

If there are tickets remaining, the second opportunity to purchase one additional ticket will be made available.

Monday, June 9th at 8:30am.  One extra ticket per student will go on sale through school cash online.

Wednesday, June 11th at 3:20pm.  Sales will close (sales may close earlier if the maximum number of tickets available has been reached). 


Round 3.  Final Opportunity:

If there are tickets remaining, a third opportunity to purchase tickets will be made available. 

Monday, June 16th at 8:30am.  Extra tickets per student who has paid the graduation fee will go on sale through school cash online.  The number of tickets available to each family during the final round will depend on the number of tickets left. 

Please note: During this final round, there are a limited number of tickets available.  You will be able to purchase on a first come, first serve basis.  Sales will close once we have reached our maximum number of available tickets.  

Tuesday, June 17th at 3:20pm, sales will close unless we reach our maximum sooner.  

THIS WILL BE THE FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE TICKETS.

 

NOTIFICATION OF EACH ROUND OF TICKET SALES

Following each round of ticket sales, we will send out an email to notify the community whether or not we are able to release another round of tickets, based on the number of tickets that are left over.

 

PICKING UP YOUR EXTRA TICKETS

Where:  The Guidance Office.  Speak to Mrs. Han

Dates: Friday, June 20 and Monday, June 23.

Time:  8:15am-12:30pm and 2:00pm-3:30pm.

Please note: Students must pick up their own tickets.  You must provide your signature to indicate that you received the ticket(s) you purchased.  You may not have someone else pick up your tickets for you.
